A global engineering manufacturer is looking for an R&D Technician to join its product development team in Peterborough. This is a practical, hands-on workshop role, building test rigs and testing components.
You will be helping generate the data used to validate new products and improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Operating test rigs and prototype components.
* Instrumentation setup, data capture, and recording.
* Preparing components for testing (strain gauges, soldering, assembly).
Requirements:
* Experience soldering electronic components.
* Experience using hand tools.
* Able to follow written procedures and record accurate data
