Are you an experienced Renewables Engineer or Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned, leading electrical contractor in South Wales as they continue to expand their footprint in the fast-growing commercial solar energy sector.

As a hands-on Renewables Supervisor, you'll lead local installation teams on high-quality commercial PV projects all within South Wales, meaning no staying away. This role offers excellent scope for career progression, making it ideal for someone with site-level renewables experience who's ready to step up and lead, or an established supervisor who wants to grow with a respected name in the industry.

Your role as Renewables Supervisor will include:

• Leading commercial solar PV installation projects across local South Wales sites
• Supporting and supervising electrical teams on-site, while remaining hands-on
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and electrical installation standards are met
• Coordinating materials, subcontractors, and daily site activities

The ideal Renewables Supervisor will have:

• Experience with commercial solar PV systems
• Strong electrical knowledge (18th Edition / NVQ Level 3 desirable)
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style and great problem-solving skills
