With a headcount of over 100 in their London office, the firm is growing and is looking for a paralegal who hit the ground running.The RoleYou will support 4 fee earners across a varied caseload of Defendant and Plaintiff cases such as unfair dismissal to issuing contracts to harassment.

• Taking Inbound calls from prospective clients, assessing their case and referring to further internal support or external support
• Client on boarding: conflict checks, managing ID checks, preparing new client forms.
• Diary management for fee earners
• Monthly billing of 10 to 50 invoices
• Monitoring referrals
• Maintaining database of client data is up to date and compliant
• Attending seminars &client meetings
• Taking minutes during client meetings
• Drafting all relevant case documentation from engagement letters to settlement agreements
• Preparing court bundles
• Legal research
