Position: Finance DirectorLocation: Birmingham (on-site, 3 days per week)Day Rate: £230 – £250 per day (Outside IR35)Contract Length: Until September 2025 (Potential for extension)We’re supporting a well-established organisation in Birmingham in their search for a part-time Finance Director to support strategic growth and provide steady financial leadership during a key period of change.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations and strategic planning
• Oversee and support a small finance team
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and budgeting to the senior leadership team
• Ensure financial compliance and governance across the organisation

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated recent experience as a Finance Director
• Comfortable with part-time working (3 days a week)
• Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team
• Strong presence on site, with a hands-on approach
