Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of their retail outlet in Seychelles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to brand guidelines.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Generate sales and performance reports for upper management.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
