My client, a dynamic and fast-growing business based in the heart of Manchester, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a six-month interim basis and support financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner, reconciling supplier statements and accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support audits as required, while contributing to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar finance role. Experience of Concur is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software is also required.
