Service Coordinator / Service Manager - Kings Norton

Salary £35K, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days

To manage after-sales service and spare parts supply. A customer service-based role for a machinery manufacturer. Also involves visiting customers.

The role

A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and maintenance services
Typically office-based with occasional customer visits
Customer relationship and account management
Visiting customers post-sale of machinery solutions

Requirements

Service coordinator or service manager within an engineering environment
Ideally, a background in spare parts and after-sales service
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
Excellent organisation and communication skills
