As a Business Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing client relationships, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services. Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and financial statements
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services and add value
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Requirements- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts and tax
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
