We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an essential part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. Having experience in a school setting is desirable.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including payroll administration, data entry, and communication. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration: Experience in handling payroll processes, preferably within an education setting.
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Proficient in data entry, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, including accurate sentence structures and vocabulary.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Able to manage workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Problem Solving and Creativity: Ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a positive telephone manner and provide excellent service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 3 Qualification: Equivalent in a relevant area, such as Business Administration.
  • Level 2 Qualification: Equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Payroll Experience: Previous work in a payroll department, handling high volumes of data.
