Specifications Technologist - Food Manufacturing
I'm currently recruiting for a Specifications Technologist to join a leading blue-chip food manufacturing business supplying customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, review, and maintain product specifications in line with customer and legal requirements
* Ensure all specifications are accurate, compliant, and completed within agreed timelines
* Work closely with internal teams including Technical, NPD, and Production
* Support audits and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
* Liaise with customers to manage specification queries and updates
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Specifications Technologist or similar technical role within food manufacturing
* Good understanding of food safety, labelling, and compliance standards
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
