Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a kind and patient Primary Teaching Assistant to join schools in the Rotherham area. Whether you want short-term or long-term work, full-time or part-time, we have roles starting September 2025 to fit your schedule.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will help create a friendly and calm classroom for all children.
Your support will make learning easier and more fun for the children.

What you will do:

Assist teachers with daily classroom tasks and lessons.
Help children during lessons and playtime.
Support children who need extra help with their work.
Communicate with teachers, parents, and carers to support children's learning.
Promote good behaviour and kindness among pupils.

What we need from you:

Experience working with primary school children is a plus.
Friendly, patient, and caring attitude.
Able to listen and work well with others.
Flexible and willing to work in different schools if needed.
Have an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to get one through GSL Education.
