Service Co-ordinator

Based in Chertsey
8:30am - 4:30pm | 37.5 hours a week
£28,000 per annum

Are you a proactive administrator with strong systems skills, looking for a full-time role in a friendly, busy team?

We're looking for a Service Co-ordinator. You'll play a vital part in keeping the engineers on track and making sure their customers are looked after.

What you'll be doing:

* Scheduling and booking planned maintenance and repair visits.

* Communicating daily with engineers and third-party service providers.

* Managing incoming service enquiries and dispatching emergency callouts.

* Updating customer portals and internal systems accurately.

* Raising purchase orders, managing stock deliveries, and coordinating vehicle repairs.

* Supporting monthly KPI reporting and customer updates.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

* Have great organisational and admin skills.

* Are confident using Microsoft Office (and quick to learn new systems).

* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

* Are a strong communicator - written and verbal.

* Can work independently and as part of a team.

* Hold a full, clean UK driving license.
