About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team on a major commercial student accommodation development in Birmingham. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality 1st fix electrical installations, ensuring all work is completed to industry standards, on schedule, and in line with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out 1st fix electrical works: containment installation, cable runs, trunking, conduit, and tray work.

*

Interpret and work from electrical drawings and schematics.

*

Supervise and guide Improvers and Mates when required.

*

Prepare, maintain, and manage tools and materials.

*

Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance.

*

Work collaboratively with other trades to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

*

ECS Gold Card Essential.

*

Proven experience as an Electrician on commercial or large residential projects.

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
