This role is based in a village within 15 minutes of Bedford (MK43 8SR) - you will need your own vehicle for this role.

This full time role will be working Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
This hands-on and varied administrator role will also be working closely with the finance team with a great opportunity to learn and develop your accounts administration skills.
General operational support and administration - regular Excel data entry
Dealing with incoming enquiries over the phone and via email
Processing Invoices, credit card receipts scanning receipts and filling documents
Booking accommodation and exposure to dealign with supply chain and purchasing (training provided)
There is also the opportunity to be trained in tasks within the finance teamThe Person:
Confident administrator with good Excel experience with great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to react to meet demands and deadlines
Multi-tasking and organisational skills to manage different duties, being able to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, Self-Motivated and a Team Player!We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administration role with excellent communication skills.
Our client is paying a basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000, with a swift interview and start date available!
