Start Date: Easter 2026 or September 2026
Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS – £40,317 to £62,496 per annum
A brand-new Secondary SEN provision in Ealing is opening in Easter 2026, and we are seeking passionate and committed teachers to join our founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a supportive and innovative learning environment for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. PLEASE NOTE - these vacancies are suitable for a start in Easter or September

About the Role
As a teacher within our new specialist provision, you will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support students with SEMH needs to re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes. You will work within a small, supportive team focused on building strong relationships, developing confidence, and supporting both academic and personal progress.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in your subject area

Support students with SEMH needs through inclusive teaching strategies

Build positive relationships that support behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement

Contribute to a nurturing, structured learning environment

Work collaboratively with support staff, leadership, and external professionals
We Are Looking For Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Have experience or a strong interest in SEN and SEMH education
-
Are resilient, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education

Can build strong relationships with students who may have faced barriers to learning

Are enthusiastic about being part of a new provision and shaping its culture
