Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Birmingham - Up to £38,000

The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities management provider for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias). Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of building services systems
• Supporting mechanical tasks including plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
• Liaising with site teams and ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working within commercial environments
• Good understanding of general building services
