The Company: A leading supplier and distributor in the manufacturing industry with international operations.

Main Duties: To provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance Director.

The Role:- To manage and process multi-currency transactions and bank reconciliations- To support the Finance Director with month end and year end reporting- To provide credit control support and follow up on accounts with late payments- To manage accounts payable and accounts receivable- To manage supplier invoices and prepayments - To process and manage VAT reports for the UK and French market in line with country regulations- To ensure up-to-date and accurate records are maintained in the system

The Candidate:- Fluent in French to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential- Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting role - Essential - AAT qualified would be an advantage- Strong numerical skills- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate with experience with Excel and Sage

The Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
