The Role:

Managing daily production schedules to meet output targets

Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitoring and updating production KPIs and performance boards

Overseeing assembly line operations and ensuring quality standards

Collaborating with supply chain and logistics to optimise material flow

Leading, coaching, and developing your team through cross-skilling and training

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in production management or manufacturing supervision

Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimisation, and resource allocation

Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and performance management

Practical knowledge of factory equipment and mechanical processes (advantageous)

Experience with lean tools, 5S, or Kaizen is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
