Are you a Warehouse Manager, with a background in Construction Materials, or similar, looking for a stable role with excellent work / life balance, where you can take ownership, lead a team and make an impact within a rapidly growing business?

We're hiring for a Warehouse Manager to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of geosynthetic materials, supplying into civil engineering, construction, and environmental projects across the UK.
This is a varied and hands-on role, where you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations - covering everything from inventory control and staff supervision, to order fulfilment and logistics.

You'll be working from brand-new, purpose-built facilities with a supportive team, in a business that truly values its people and offers excellent work/life balance through a 7.5 hour working day and flexi-shift patterns.

The Role:
As Warehouse Manager, you will have full oversight of warehouse operations - ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
You'll also lead and develop a small warehouse team, driving performance and high standards, while ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
Manage and develop warehouse staff, including recruitment and training
Ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment to meet customer expectations
Coordinate transport and logistics with suppliers and carriers
Lead on warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and systemsAbout You:

Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
Experience within construction materials / manufacturing sectors is a plus
Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
Strong knowledge of health & safety best practicesThe Benefits:
