Our Telco client is looking for hands-on Campaign Operations Specialist with Braze platform experience to build, personalise, and deploy high-impact email campaigns using drag-and-drop tools.
Experience Needed
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze, including building and deploying email campaigns.
- Ability to build emails using Braze's drag-and-drop editor (no HTML required).
- Experience creating and segmenting audiences within Braze.
- Background in CRM, campaign operations, or marketing automation.
- Comfortable working in a technical, detail-driven environment.
- Experience performing QA, testing, and troubleshooting within Braze.
- Understanding of data-driven personalisation and customer life cycle communications.
