I'm working with an award-winning, multidisciplinary practice to find an Architectural Technician to join a team in Bedford. They have an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. As the firm continues to grow, it is now seeking a talented Architectural Technician to become an integral part of its dynamic architectural team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and specifications
Support planning and building regulations applications
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design coordination
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and industry standardsRequired Skills & Experience:

HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Solid experience across residential and commercial sectors
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong organisational and communication skills
