As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working 1:1 with a primary aged boy diagnosed with ADHD, supporting him with emotional regulation, focus, and engagement in learning. Your role will involve helping him manage transitions, develop coping strategies, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, energetic, and calm under pressure, with a strong understanding of ADHD and effective behaviour support strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to form a trusting relationship are essential.
