The salary is £30,500, with call out allowance, which is paid annually at £13,040 annually, and call out is 1-4. so the salary with call allowance would be £43,540.
As the Building Services Supervisor you will manage electrical services and other building services on site, including Agricultural Trust, to a high standard, to ensure electrical equipment is maintained to a high standard to reduce failure, ensure contractors working on site adhere to health and safety and have good conduct.
The role requires an experienced electrical supervisor who understands complex electrical systems, distribution systems, (ACB , MCCB, MCB, RCD, RCBO ETC), generators -controls ups and BMS work knowledge. The role will require excellent fault finding skills and working knowledge of HV and 18TH Edition IET qualification.
The Supervisor will be responsible for a team of engineers, and ensure the team carry out planned preventative Maintenance (ppm) to a high standard, working to SFG20.
