JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: £22000 - £23000/annum + 22 days hols + bonus + pen

Support Executive required to work near London Bridge.

Responsibilities:

* Providing general store support over the phone and via email

* Dealing with retailer needs by phone and email

* Dealing with customer escalations

* Managing change requests from clients

* Generate bespoke weekly/monthly reports

* Reporting of weekly performance to KPI

* Ensure accuracy of CRM system and client accounts

Skills required:

* The Support Executive must have good Customer Service skills and the ability to resolve customer queries in a resourceful manner.

* Flexibility - the successful candidate will understand that the team operate a shift covering 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and weekend shifts are required.

* Excellent business communication skills, both verbally and written

* Ability to work towards and achieve a target

* Essential: Common Sense and good organisation skills.
