We’re looking for a Client Support professional to join a respected financial planning firm in Fareham. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing administrative position and wants to develop their technical knowledge while supporting advisers and clients.

As a key member of the Client Support team, you’ll ensure clients receive a smooth and professional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Policy Administration: Handling replacement policies, preparing letters of authority, and completing checklists.
• Policy Analysis: Reviewing existing policies to assess suitability and determine whether they should remain in place or be replaced.
• Client Interaction: Supporting advisers during client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Technical Client Support team to deliver high-quality service.

This role focuses on the less technical aspects of client support, but you’ll still be heavily involved in the client journey and have opportunities to learn and grow.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience: At least 2–3 years in an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Qualifications: Ideally working towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, or committed to progressing.
• Skills: Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Mindset: A proactive, client-first approach and willingness to work collaboratively.

• On-site: This role is currently fully office-based in Fareham.
• Remote Consideration: Exceptional candidates may be considered for remote work, particularly for technical roles.
