A welcoming and well-established nursery in Worthing is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to join their team on a full-time basis from May 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing early years environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and develop through play.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe and caring environment for all children
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s development
  • Promote positive behaviour and support children’s individual needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
