Prospero Teaching is looking for a passionate SEN Teacher to join a large mainstream secondary school with a newly established Additional Resource Provision (ARP). This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of a developing SEN and Inclusion team, working closely with students with additional needs.

Hours 8:30am 3:30pm
ROLE OVERVIEW
Deliver tailored lessons to students with EHCPs
Support students with ASD, ADHD, and MLD within the ARP
Contribute to the development and growth of the provision
Work closely with the SENCO and Inclusion team
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Teaching qualification (preferred)
SEN teaching experience (ASD, ADHD, MLD) essential
Strong lesson planning and differentiation skills essential
Experience delivering personalised learning for students with EHCPs
SEN-specific training such as PECS, TEACCH, or SpLD essential
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
