- Review & manage JCT, D&B & NEC subcontracts
- Oversee procurement, onboarding & subcontractor accounts
- Track & value variations, capture changes early
- Support client applications & challenge assessments
- Maintain strong cost control & reporting accuracy

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (construction / interiors / manufacturing)

Strong knowledge of JCT, D&B & NEC contracts

*

Excellent communication, organisation & attention to detail

*

Proactive, team-oriented and commercially aware
