Multi-Skilled M&E Foot Mobile Engineer - 45K + Travel Card

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is currently in search of a Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing team in Central London. The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance and reactive service to electrical & mechanical equipment on various high end commercial sites mainly consisting of Commercial office space and mixed use developments. 

The engineer would be working on but not limited to:

Responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance 
Undertaking weekly checks including fire alarm test 
Emergency lighting, 
Ballast changes, 
Filter and belt replacements, 
Pumps, 
AHUs, 
FCUs, 
BMS 
L8 checks including tap temps, domestic flushing 
Taking meter readings, 
Plant room and boiler house checks. 
Client and tenant facing 
Team player who can work on their own initiative 
This role is based on a 40-hour week, with the shift pattern being 8 -5. Overtime is available with the position. 

The ideal candidate Ideally Apprenticeship training and Completion of a recognised industry qualification preferably an apprenticeship. Post apprenticeship experience preferably within the construction or maintenance industries. 

In return my client is willing to offer:

up to 45K Basic (depending on exp.)
