We are growing rapidly and are now seeking experienced and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy Export Warehouse team. This is your chance to work with a company that offers job security, competitive pay, and clear opportunities for progression.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that freight is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will:

• Operate a Forklift Truck to load, unload, and move freight
• Book in shipments and update our in-house system
• Check-weigh freight to maintain accuracy
• Assist with PMC builds and freight breakdown
• Carry out general warehouse duties to support smooth operations

About You

We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work. You must have:

• Proven Forklift Truck operating skills with a strong focus on safety
• A full 5-year checkable work and location history
• Good physical fitness and flexibility for varied warehouse tasks
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Airfreight/logistics experience (an advantage but not essential)

Shift Patterns

• 4 on, 4 off – Day Shift: 07:00 – 19:00
