We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our clients expanding team based in their Crayford factory.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating CNC Brake Press and Guillotine machinery

TIG and MIG welding

Reading and working from technical drawings

Producing high-quality sheet metal components to specification

Meeting production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a sheet metal/fabrication environment

Confident operating CNC Brake Press, Guillotine, and TIG/MIG welding equipment

Able to accurately read and interpret technical drawings

Reliable, organised and detail-focused

A strong team player with good communication skills

Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
