About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused professional to join our Ocean Import team. You'll play a key role in ensuring international shipments move smoothly and customers receive outstanding support throughout the freight journey.

Responsibilities

Book freight with approved carriers and shipping lines
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide fast, professional query resolution
Communicate with overseas agents and customers via email, phone, and online systems
Check and manage import documentation and pre-alertsRequirements

Knowledge of ocean freight operations
Knowledge of freight import operations
Experience with a UK based Freight Forwarding companyBenefits
