Hours per week: 0800 - 1600, Monday - Friday. Term time only

About You:
To work under the direct instruction of the Assistant Headteacher (Streatham), to support a wide range of aspects of the administration and day-to-day running of the school.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience of working in an administrative position - preferably in a school environment
- Use technology - computer, video, scanner and photocopier
- Ability to relate well to children and adults
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with: company policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, standards; good professional practice, Ofsted and other regulatory requirements, relevant legislations, all legal and contractual obligations.
- To review and amend pupil documents and other related paperwork as directed by the Head of School
- To provide effective organisation skills to support the management team
- To assist in the day-to-day admin support of running of the school such as; answering/ responding to emails, welcoming visitors, arranging transportation for PE activities, coordinating PE activities
- Complete purchase requests and orders
- Petty Cash management
