CDM Consultant - Newcastle

One of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. Projects predominantly across Newcastle and the wider North East.

This organisation are seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever growing list of public and private sector projects across the region.

The CDM Consultant Role

The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM duties across a range of project types.

Duties of the CDM Consultant to include:

· Provide CDM advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
· Support the delivery of Principal Designer services.
· Review design risk assessments and H&S documentation.
· Attend client and design team meetings across the North East.
· Undertake site inspections where required.

The Person?

The successful CDM Consultant will have a demonstrably successful track record in CDM or Health & Safety consultancy. The CDM Consultant will fit the following description…..
