Internal Recruitment Coordinator Duties:

* Coordinate contractor interviews across the UK and globally — keep the talent pipeline moving

* Monitor contingent workforce compliance: IR35, Right to Work, insurance, tenure and more

* Drive contract extensions, process leavers, and keep the hiring lifecycle flowing

* Ensure data integrity inside the vendor management system— because precision powers performance

* Work with onboarding teams to keep contractor records complete and compliant

* Support recruitment delivery teams to meet urgent demands and fulfil client needs

* Deliver excellence every day — in service, in speed, and in outcomes

What's in your DNA/Experience Needed:

* Experience in recruitment coordination with contingent or temporary hires

* Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume, professional environments

* Financial Services sector experience a plus, but not essential

* Hyper-organised and process-driven — you don't drop balls, you juggle them effortlessly

* Tech savvy - Outlook, Excel, and recruitment systems are your playground

* Natural communicator - collaborative, confident, and client-first
