Responsibiltiies of the Service Manager:

As the Service Manager you will take full responsibility for leading a busy team of up to 10 engineers 
Your leadership will have an impact on performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction across the site 
Coordinating workshop workflow 
Overseeing health & safety 
Manage budget and operational targets
Ensuring all power generation equipment is ready in time for delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a hands on engineer role with management experience in the generator / power generation industry. You may have worked as a Service Manager, Senior Engineer, Workshop Manager, Foreman, Chargehand, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Workshop team leader or similar.
