We're working in partnership with a leading Harpenden Secondary school who are seeking committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils from September 2025.

Your Role

Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils in mainstream or SEND classrooms

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Help children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and speech or learning challenges

Foster a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment

Build valuable experience and develop practical classroom skills

What You Bring

A degree in any subject and a passion for education

Some experience working with children or young people (formally or informally)

A calm, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to learning on the job

Confidence to engage pupils and support their development

SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential
