Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers. Responsible for overseeing a small team that is assigned to service certain customer accounts. In charge of identifying and securing qualified carriers for freight services. Maintain relationships with qualified carriers. Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules. Work with shippers and carriers to manage schedules. Track and report shipment status to customers.

AT LEAST 6 MONTHS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE TRANSPORTATION OR 3rd PARTY LOGISTICS INDUSTRY AS A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER OR SIMILAR POSITION IS REQUIRED. High school degree or higher required.
