Job Title: Project Manager - NEX (Temp)
Location: Major UK Airport (South East)
Rate: £575/day - Umbrella rate
Duration: 1 year
Site: Minimum 3 days per week on site

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major North Extension (NEX) within a live airport transformation programme. The role will take the project through RIBA Stage 4 into construction, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within a fully operational environment.

• Proven delivery of major infrastructure projects in live operational environments
• Strong NEC contract and commercial management experience
• Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills
• Experience in aviation, rail, water, nuclear, or similar regulated sectors
• Strong on-site delivery background essential

• Lead delivery through design completion and construction phase
• Manage programme, cost, risk, and change control
• Coordinate multiple contractors and design teams
• Ensure safety and operational continuity in a live airport environment
• Support reporting and stakeholder engagement
