The Role:
As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons, fostering a positive classroom culture, and supporting the academic and personal development of each student. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored support where needed
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Engage with wider school life and contribute to extracurricular activitiesRequirements:

PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Creative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
Competence in using educational technology to support learning
