We are supporting a highly reputable, well-established provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their settled 4-bed LD children's home in Milton Keynes. This service has a strong, stable staff team and an excellent local reputation — the ideal opportunity for someone who wants to step into a well-run home and continue taking it from good to outstanding.

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:

* Lead a dedicated, long-standing team who know the children and home well

* Ensure high-quality care and support for children with learning disabilities, complex needs and communication challenges

* Maintain and enhance the home's strong Ofsted performance

* Oversee all operational, staffing and regulatory responsibilities

* Foster positive relationships with families, professionals and the wider community

* Drive a child-centred culture that promotes choice, independence and meaningful outcomes

What We're Looking For

* Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager looking to step up

* Background in children's LD services (residential, SEN or similar)

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

* A calm, steady leader with excellent communication and safeguarding practice
