Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator (Turning)

Location: Poole

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 + shift allowance

Working Hours:

Week 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
Week 2: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Mon-Thurs)37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC turning machines efficiently
Maintain high quality standards and minimise non-conformance
Perform routine machine maintenance to reduce downtime
Comply with all health and safety procedures

About You

Essential:

Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC setting and operation
Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
High attention to detail and strong quality focus
Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skillsDesirable:

Experience with Siemenss and/or Fanuc controls
Skilled in working with aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and composites
