Provide Education - a trusted local recruitment agency - is working on behalf of a fantastic specialist SEN school in the Leicestershire area. We're currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teacher to work with Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 pupils with a range of special educational needs. This full-time role starts in September 2025 across two sites based in Loughborough and Hinckley
The Role:
*
Delivering tailored lessons to pupils in KS2 and KS3 with a range of SEMH needs
*
Working collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists
*
Creating inclusive, structured lessons that support individual progress
*
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, positive learning space
*
Monitoring progress, adapting strategies and reporting pupil outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (essential)
*
Experience teaching pupils with additional needs in a school or specialist setting
*
Passionate about inclusive education and breaking down barriers to learning
*
Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, differentiation, and EHCPs
*
Confident, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills
