We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Planner to join a busy team within the social housing sector. This is a permanent, office-based role offering stability and the opportunity to be part of a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling and allocating repair and maintenance work to operatives

* Managing diaries to ensure efficient routing and productivity

* Liaising with tenants, operatives, and contractors to coordinate appointments

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Repairs Planner / Scheduler role

* Social housing experience preferred

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems
