Engage Education are pleased to be working with a lovely school in Richmond, to find them a Finance and HR Officer to work part time (3 days per week, for two terms, beginning in September 2024).

The successful candidate will have experience in the following, ideally:

The ideal candidate:
•

Good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language & Mathematics
•

Finance and/or HR qualification
•

Understanding of general accounting procedures and processes
•

Understanding of HR procedures and processes e.g. safer recruitment; absence management
•

Competent IT user - Excel, Word and Outlook and/or Pupil Asset/SIMs
•

Knowledge of finance software packages e.g. PSF or similar
•

High level of accuracy when working with data
•

Ability to prioritise, communicate and contribute effectively
•

Is committed, reliable and has excellent professional standards
