NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a market-leading organisation within the Material Processing sector who are looking to appoint a Senior Aftermarket Manager to take full ownership of their aftersales function.

This is a pivotal hire for the business. There is currently no dedicated leadership across aftermarket, meaning this role offers a genuine opportunity to build, shape and lead the entire function, with a clear pathway to Director level.

The Role:
• Full ownership of the Aftermarket division - parts, service, warranty & site operations
• Lead and develop nationwide service operations, supporting machinery across customer sites
• Manage and grow a team of 10 (Service Engineers & Parts), with plans to scale further
• Oversee coordination of multiple OEM product lines across parts, service and support
• Take control of parts sales, warehouse operations and stock strategy
• Build and modernise the parts department - systems, processes and commercial performance
• Manage warranty claims and liaise directly with OEMs and factories
• Support breakdowns, servicing and technical queries across the customer base
• Oversee service contracts and long-term support agreements
• Drive aftermarket revenue through parts sales and service delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to support the installed machine population
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and overall business growth

The Candidate:
• Proven background in the Crushing, Screening or Material Processing sector
• Strong aftermarket experience - parts, service, warranty & contracts
• Previous leadership experience managing engineers and parts teams
• Commercially minded - understands how to drive revenue through aftermarket
• Experience dealing with OEMs, suppliers and factory relationships
• Able to build structure - processes, systems and scalable operations
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and happy to travel

The Opportunity:
This position represents a significant opportunity to take strategic ownership of a developing aftermarket function within a well-established organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing the structure, processes and commercial strategy across parts, service and support operations.

With a strong existing customer base and installed equipment population, there is a clear platform to enhance aftermarket performance and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The role offers genuine scope for progression, with the potential to evolve into a Director-level position as the function matures and expands
