We are seeking a dynamic individual eager to learn and develop in the Recruitment Industry.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm (flexibility required)
The working environment is based in Central Birmingham in a modern office environment and a very friendly team.
This is a permanent opportunity, the salary range is dependent on experience.
Day to Day Duties
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your duties will include but not be limited too:
Vetting advert responses
Registering candidates for work
Conducting telephone interviews
Arranging interviews and gathering feedback
Client and Candidate Liaison
Accurately logging details onto a database
Communicating with the branch network
Updating social media pages
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant we are seeking a confident individual with the drive to learn and succeed in the Recruitment Industry.
It is a fast paced role with flexibility required and an eagerness to go the extra mile.
We are looking for a proactive individual who looks outside of the box with great attention to detail.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your communication skills are paramount and the ability to liaise with all levels professionally.
Your own transport is essential for the role
Experience in the Recruitment Industry would be desirable but not essential.
Previous office based experience or experience in a Sales based role would be desirable
