A welcoming and well-established nursery in Wokingham is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and child welfare
Build strong relationships with colleagues and parents to support each child's developmentWhat you need to be an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Previous experience working with young children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
