Daily Duties
- Lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Oversee production of technical drawing packages, specifications, and construction information
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architectural teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery
- Review technical detailing and documentation quality
- Undertake site visits and resolve technical issues during construction
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience within a UK architectural practice, ideally delivering residential or mixed-use developments
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery and coordinate project teams
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment
- Experience across multiple RIBA stages
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology (CIAT or equivalent preferred)
