Overview:
A prestigious global financial institution is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, business-critical technology initiatives.

In this high-impact role, you will manage a team of experienced Project Managers, driving the successful execution of complex IT infrastructure programmes. These may include cloud migrations, data centre transformations, network upgrades, enterprise platform implementations, and server/storage modernisation.

You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, governance standards, and budgetary controls while championing best-in-class delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and delivery of a diverse IT infrastructure programme portfolio, ensuring projects meet time, scope, and budget targets.
Align project execution with broader IT and business strategies.
Provide strategic oversight, leadership, and mentorship to a team of Project Managers.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, governance compliance, and executive-level reporting.
Oversee resource planning, vendor coordination, and adherence to project delivery frameworks.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation to support business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
Skills & Experience Required:

10+ years' experience leading complex infrastructure programmes within financial services.
Strong end-to-end portfolio, programme, and project management expertise.
Proven track record in budget control, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
In-depth knowledge of governance, change management, and programme controls.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience building and managing high-performing delivery teams.
